Return Policy
At gelooa, we want you to be completely thrilled with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your bracelet, we offer a comprehensive, straightforward return and refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.
Eligibility for Returns To be strictly eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it. It must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and safely secured in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase. Returns are accepted within a specific timeframe from the date of delivery (standardly 30 days, unless otherwise communicated on the product page).
Initiating a Return To start a return, you must first contact us at service@gelooa.com. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to the address on the original shipping package without contacting our support team first. If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds Processing We will notify you via email once we have received and physically inspected your return. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not based on the condition of the item. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account statement.
Shipping Costs for Returns Unless the item received was fundamentally defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect due to our error, the customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item. Original shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable.
